I work where fintech product meets trading infrastructure, DeFi, and AI. The common thread is simple: I am drawn to systems where product decisions affect capital, risk, compliance, and execution quality, not just user engagement.
Over fifteen years: compliance platforms overseeing $500B+ in client assets, hedge fund portfolio and accounting infrastructure, institutional crypto trading systems scaled to $1B+ in monthly volume, and AI and DeFi products built from scratch.
The pattern across all of it is market structure plus product craft. Trading platforms, settlement workflows, risk systems, tokenized finance, and AI copilots all fail when the product team only understands the interface. The real work is understanding what happens underneath: execution, liquidity, reconciliation, regulation, latency, incentives, and failure modes.
I write about trading platforms, algorithmic execution, DeFi market structure, and AI systems operating in high-risk domains. I trade and build public products because staying close to live systems keeps the thinking honest.
